Chart Your Course Top Performers
Meet Bosco Lau and Cecilia Poon, Platinum and leader in the Amway Australia business. Bosco and Cecilia has an immense knowledge of the Amway business which they employ to assist his team of Amway Independent Business Owners (IBOs) to get started and grow using the ‘Chart Your Course’ New IBO Program. We had a chat with Bosco and Cecilia and they were happy to share their insights on the program. Here’s a quick Q & A with Bosco and Cecilia. 1. What features of the Chart Your Course program did you find as beneficial to your New IBOs? All of the Chart Your Course program features are beneficial to our new IBOs. The majority of them will take advantage of the program, placing 3 orders in a timely manner to get discounts on their orders and the $200 New IBO cash bonus/rebate. 2. How have you used the Chart Your Course program to help you grow your business? We have seen big improvements in the sponsoring of new IBOs in our group. We have seen that new IBOs are more attracted to place higher value purchases in their first orders, e.g. buying their favourite item on first order. As a result group sales have increased significantly and more leaders have emerged. 3. Has Chart Your Course been a motivator for potential prospects to your business? Definitely. It is especially good to have the Joining Fee waived for new IBOs. If a prospect intends to buy some Amway products worth $300 in retail price, it is already cheaper for him to join as a new IBO (joining with a $85 Grab Pack) and get the products at wholesale price. The program will also motivate the new IBO to buy more products in their first three orders and if they are happy with the reward they will start inviting other prospects to join. 4. What feedback have you been receiving about the program? The feedback from new IBOs who have completed the program is fantastic in general. The feedback from our leaders is even more encouraging, as they have seen more people joining their group and have had bigger business volumes generated as a result. 5. What advice would you give a new IBO who wants to grow their business? Our advice is that the new IBO should: 1) Try some Amway products, take advantage of the Chart Your Course program, and place the first 3 orders in the first 90 days; 2) Find a purpose in life and check with active upline how the Amway business could help the individual reach that purpose; 3) Spare some time each day to perform some Amway related activities, start to LEARN, SHARE and EARN; 4) Set up a workable medium term goal and strive for it.
